Harvested from nature – our beehives travel to different natural areas –Sweet Mystery Honey is a controlled origin brand, certified organic and 100% natural. Enclosing no additives, manually extracted in our farm using non high heating methods and prepared in such wise that its raw properties are not altered, pure raw Sweet Mystery Honey is a high-quality single-origin product granted by our beekeeping association. 

 Each spring a sweet journey starts in Moldavia and Transylvania – the beehives travel in specialized trailers to different places in nature, orchards in bloom, acacia forests, and sunflower fields, through mountains, hills, and
plains, stopping to harvest each type of honey. Everything is carefully planned, all the locations being attentively chosen to be away from pollution and fertilizing chemicals, with fresh blossoms and clean air. More than that,
every move is tracked to know precisely where the honey has been harvested from, to monitor the quality of the air, soil, and water. After every stop, just before leaving for the next place, the bee honey is extracted from the hives – it has now the flavor and the color of the flowers the bees toured (see more about honey flavors
here) – and travels back to the farm.  

 The farm is located in the middle of a small acacia tree forest - here a new stage begins: preparing the honey for our clients. The batches received are carefully labeled, and a sample of each is sent to a specialized dedicated laboratory that will confirm the quality; only after, the honey finds its way
into separators – only cold separators are used considering high temperature will affect the properties of the honey – and later into the jars.Everything is manually done, within a time limit due to the crystallization process specific to honey, which sometimes occurs after few days – see more about crystallization process here – the honey is poured into jars, manually labeled and stored by flavor on temperature controlled premises.
